What's the Low Down?
You will come away with a folio of fresh images full of women with diverse ages & bodies. Real ladies captured in a divine shoot space that has been selected to make sure your folio will make you the only choice in your future clients eyes.
This workshop is designed to give you behind the scenes access to our whole photoshoot philosophy & approach to create maximum variety for your personal brand clients with a focus for lifestyle imagery. Learn simple lighting set-ups, go-to poses with two photographers dedicated to helping your get the most out of your experience.
We are literally saving you $1000's on what it would cost you to bring this together on your own as we have taken care of everything you need to create your dream folio : )
PLUS you will be personally photographed by Paula and Alison, with 50 edited images of your choice and BTS videos of you in action interacting and photographing the models on the folio shoot day. Images & video available 3 weeks after the Retreat.
Prices are fixed to include everything, you just need to show up with your gear and clean cards ready to fill. There are only 4 spots available so first in is locked in!

| Q1. WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO HAPPEN EACH DAY OF THE RETREAT? |
DAY 1 Arrive after 4pm, welcome drinks & dinner, plus Paula and Alison will go through your wardrobe to plan out your own shoot the next day
DAY 2 You'll be in make up & hair early so you are feeling great and looking your best for your own photoshoot. Then Paula and Alison will guide you through a full Social Sessions day, starting at the luxe property and then going on location to cafes, streets, nature and finishing at the beach with sunset pics!
DAY 3 Workshop and hands-on folio shoot. Paula & Alison will take you through a full demonstration of how to light and pose with a different model in each shoot zone in the property. Then it's over to you to capture your shots.
DAY 3 - 3.30PM-4.00PM Q&A
DAY 3 - 4.00PM Wrap up and head home
| Q2. WHAT WILL I LEARN? |
You will learn the go-to poses you really need to master to make sure your folio has more dynamic range.
With a focus on flow posing to create variety and natural looking light to create a dynamic range quickly - you will see us use verbal, non-verbal and physical touch to guide models to look & feel authentic.
Learn simple flat lighting using continuous & on camera flash so you can be nimble and create images that have a natural light look no matter the circumstances.
| Q3. HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK? |
This is an incredibly unique and limited experience.
There is only 4 Retreat Experiences available and first in has choice of the bedroom they want!

| Q4. WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM MY OWN PERSONAL BRAND SHOOT DAY? |
Time to finally get your own marketing (OF YOU) sorted!!
A few weeks before the Retreat you will have a Visual Brand Strategy Session with us on the kinds of images you would like to create together and what clothes and props you should bring. When you arrive at the property the night before we will sit down with you to go through your wardrobe to select and mix-and-match the outfits you will be photographed in.
Then on shoot day, we start you off with professional hair and make up so you are feeling beautiful and all ready to enjoy the photoshoot experience. We shoot at the property for the morning and then go on location to cafes, streets, nature and at the beach for sunset pics.
The photoshoot includes hair, make up, all day shoot + 50 images.
| Q5. WHAT WILL THE WORKSHOP AND FOLIO BUILDER SHOOT DAY LOOK LIKE? |
Paula & Alison will take you through a full demonstration of how to light and pose with a Model in each shoot space in the property, with time for Q&A at each shoot zone.
Then it's over to you for you capture your shots. You will work solo in each shoot zone so you have your own time capturing each model without jostling for position! And the video will be wandering to catch you in action BTS at the same time.
All that's left to do is to say hello to your new folio full of variety and showing the types of images and clients you want more of!!
| Q6. WHAT IS THE ACCOMMODATION SET UP? |
Stunning modern home...
There is one Master Queen Bedroom with it's own ensuite. There is also a Queen bedroom, a double bedroom and a single bedroom. These three bedrooms share the main bathroom.
Each room is priced accordingly and we are going to operate on a first come - first choice - basis, so if you are wanting the Master Queen get in quick but alternatively, if you want to least costly option of the Single bedroom, you'll also need to get in quick so that choice is available too!!!
This property is located in Mudjimba on the Sunshine Coast, just a short Uber ride from the airport.
| Q7. WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY? |
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we will work with you for the best possible outcome.
Cancellations 60+ days prior to the Retreat, you are entitled to full refund less costs incurred.
If you cancel within 60 days of the Retreat start date, you will forfeit monies paid, unless we can rebook spot, in which case you will receive full refund less costs incurred.
If cancellation is made due to drastic circumstances, with a doctors certificate or other evidence of inability to travel / attend we will of course show compassion.
| Q8. HOW LONG AFTER THE RETREAT CAN I EXPECT MY IMAGES/VIDEO? |
All images captured by us are available for download using private online gallery within 3 weeks of the retreat and the BTS video will be supplied online at the same time.
We will also provide images in a social media ready suite and as a custom App for your smartphone too (so many ways to view and enjoy YOU!)
No excuses to show up online anymore!!
