As this podcast audience has grown, I am getting to hear from more and more of you listeners that you have found yourself feeling lonely in business at times.

And despite me working LOTS with clients and students, so did I!

This episode was sparked by a conversation with my daughter where she shared with me a little bit of TikTok Wisdom.

And as I looked back over my own recent behaviors I was able to connect the dots to some of the loneliness traps I had accidentally stayed inside of post-pandemic.
