49: Time blocking for mental health and business wellbeing
One of the things I have struggled with a lot through my career is, overwhelm.
That is really the only word for it.
Let's face it - when you are a solopreneur as the grams would call it, you have to do everything and feel like you have to be everywhere for everyone.
And as much as it is lovely to be able to facilitate the needs of others as much as you can, this can just leave you with an empty cup.
