There was a time when I was so oblivious about my finances and often burying my head in the sand until it was the end of the tax year, cringing while showing my books to my accountant.

I never knew what to expect and always trusted my gut when it came to running the business. Which I learnt in time was a BIG error on my part!

Now, I know the importance of knowing my numbers, and over time, I have developed strategies that have helped me to proactively increase business revenue.

In this episode, I share the 11 ways to improve your business revenue. Keep in mind that revenue is the overall amount of money you can potentially bring into the business, not necessarily profit, however of course they could enhance your profit for sure!
